Fred Williams, Inc.

 is a Mechanical Contracting, Engineering and Service Organization founded in 1936 by Fred P. Williams. Today the company is wholly owned by PPL (NYSE: PPL) but is operating under the direction of Fred's grandson, James H. Williams, Jr., President.

Since our establishment, we have been providing our clients with quality mechanical projects beginning with the initial design phase and carrying on through the construction and installation portion of the contract. To support our construction efforts, a service division was established in 1964 to provide service and maintenance to our accounts on an ongoing basis. As a result, Fred Williams, Inc. is able to provide a complete package to the commercial, industrial and institutional client.

Financial Capacity: Fred Williams, Inc. is fully insured, bondable contractor with a 50 million dollar single project capacity and an aggregate project total in excess of 100 million dollars.

Our technicians are continually being trained to remain current with the most recent industry changes.
